Job Description:

As a member of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable dining experience to our valued customers at Desi Pakwan. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Taking customer orders and conveying them accurately to the kitchen staff.
• Recommending menu items and providing detailed information about ingredients and preparation methods.
• Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Assisting in restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• • Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
