Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at Desi Pakwan, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to grow our online community, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand identity and business goals.
• Creating and curating engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways to attract and retain followers.
• Monitoring social media trends, identifying relevant influencers, and developing partnerships for collaborations.
• Engaging with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyzing social media performance using various tools and platforms, and preparing regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with other marketing initiatives.
• Managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure we remain at the forefront of digital marketing.
• Maintaining a consistent brand voice and ensuring all content is in line with our brand guidelines.

Requirements:

To be considered for the Social Media Manager position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically and develop data-driven social media strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indian cuisine, particularly Indian Hakka cuisine, is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
